ForexTV.com Site Redesigned Launched

Hello,

Happy New Year to all!  We are very excited to announce the long-awaited release of the ForexTV.com web site earlier this week.  We hope that you are enjoying the many new enhancements to the site such as: more news and analytics, an expanded and enhanced calendar, the new streamlined design and navigation as well as the full integration of ProSticks and Ichimoku trading tools.

One of the simplest, yet powerful features of the new site are the Curreny specific pages.  Each page is loaded with a wealth of information by currency so that you can focus on your trading strategy with all of the relevant information in one place.

Another really powerful feature of the new site are the "Market Preview" sections.  Each day we break down the trading environment by region to give you an edge on what to look for and how to play it in the coming session.

Thank you for helping us to bring this new site to fruition.  The changes reflect the issues that you wrote to us about and also reflects your suggestions. Please continue to let us know what you think and how we can improve.

Once again, thank you for your support.

New ForexTV Site Launch

Hong Kong - November 11, 2007

Hello from Hong Kong!  It has been a very busy season for us at ForexTV.  On the heels of our Japanese launch, we are making the final preparations for our new English-language site launch and I am confident that you will be very pleased with the new design and added features.

Just last week we formally released our Japanese language site at www.forextv.jp .  The expansion into the Japanese and Asian markets represents the first in a larger global expansion strategy that includes offices in Hong Kong and London in the first quarter of 2008.

Also, within two weeks time we will be introducing a major site redesign for www.forextv.com (our flagship site).  The design incorporates a new navigation scheme which will allow users to navigate the site by currency.  Each major currency will have a dedicated page where you will find currency-specific news, rates, charts and commentary.  In addition, we will be adding news from Thomson IFR as well as a new release of our calendar.

Most importantly, we will be formally introducing an enhanced version of our ProSticks charting application.  For those of you who have been following the technical analysis commentary on ProSticks in the Technical Analysis section( http://www.forextv.com/Forex/Text/ShowTitles.jsp?cat=2) and using the ProSticks charts (http://www.forextv.com/Forex/Charts/charting-prosticks-charts.html) you know that the performance in the past six weeks has been nothing short of incredible!

Other features of the new site include a daily market preview (provided by Thomson IFR) and a market recap (provided by Forex.com) for each of the three major market centers of Asia, Europe and the Americas. As always the ForexTV.com home page will be loaded with information and will provide a quick and intuitive navigation to the information that you need to understand the Forex markets better.  Finally, we will be introducing a live chat feature on the ProSticks chart pages so that users can share their ideas in real-time.

Thanks to the great feedback that you have provided we will also be enhancing our site search capabilities and we will be adding approximately 30 new contributors to the site.

I wish to thank all of you who have submitted your requests and comments, it is helpful...and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Please keep the comments coming in!  Also, thank you for your continued support and for helping us to be very successful this past year.

Kind Regards,

Timothy Kelly, CEO & Founder

ForexTV and ProSticks Form Alliance

Tokyo, Japan - October 1, 2007

Hello.  I am very pleased to announce that ForexTV has concluded its discussions with Hong Kong-based ProSticks.  ForexTV will now be the exclusive distribution agent for ProSticks outside China.  I am very pleased to have reached this agreement with ProSticks Founder Mr. Vincent Li.

I first was introduced to Mr. Li four years ago while ProSticks was in it's early days of development.  Since then we have kept in touch and I have witnessed something close to a true revolution in market analysis as ProSticks became a reality.  I hesitate to call ProSticks a charting software but that is the closest thing I can find in the English language.  But ProSticks is so much more than charting.  While resembling Japanese Candlestick charts, Prosticks renders a truly deeper...almost 3-dimensional view of the marketplace with richer and more meaningful data sets that yield superior decision support results and market entry and exit signals.  The visual display of quantitative data in ProSticks is enhanced with the overlay of Ichimoku Kinko Hyo moving average "clouds".  There simply is not a better analytical tool on the planet for Forex traders.

As my previous post indicated, I will be posting daily commentary using ProSticks in this Blog until further notice (about one week).  Shortly, we will be introducing ProSticks Quick Charts to ForexTV.com and will then ad fully functional charting as a next step.  In the days ahead we will be releasing documentation on ProSticks to better inform you about what ProSticks is and how you can benefit.

During my visit to Japan I had the very distinct pleasure to meet with Hosoda Tessei.  Mr. Tessei is the Grandson of "Ichimoku Sanjin" the inventor of Ichimoku Kinko Hyo.  Over a few drinks in a Roppongi bar I had a very long and interesting conversation with Mr. Tessei.  Mostly, we discussed our kids and exchanged pictures of family, but I did get an education on Ichimoku that night...one rarely experienced by many.

Over the course of one month in Japan during two visits it became quite clear that ProSticks and Ichimoku where the most powerful tools that exist today for decision support.  Putting them together is a powerful combination and we are very excited to bring it to you.

So please bear with us while we prepare our new offerings and continue to strive to be the best Forex site in the world.

Regards,

Prosticks Charting on ForexTV.com - September 28

Hello everyone.  I am very pleased to announce a new blog and service from ForexTV.com.  In the very near future we will begin to offer Prosticks Charts on the site.  There will be a free version of ProSticks and we will be offering a daily blog covering technical levels.  For the next weeks the Prosticks Blog will be posted here.  Below is our first installment...stay tuned!

I will be posting more information about ProSticks next week.

EUR - grinded higher is having a high close to 1.4200 level. Sit tight on long, move stop to 1.4050

Eur928

GPB - closed solidly above daily kumo. I hope that readers have taken my second advice yesterday to move up stop to 2.0070. Going into quarter end, bulls are in control again. Sit tight with long with 2.0070 as stop.

Gbp928

AUD - was only a touch below our projected all time modal high at 0.8840. We have a neat 500 pips profit, level 9 is a very big psychological level. To put the 500 pips profit at risk for a very dangerous 160 pips upside potential is not justified. Suggest to exit for profit before quarter end. Market has no sign of top, but personally I think it will be a biggest sin to leave 500 pips profit at the table. It is dealers’ choice to follow my suggestion or not.

Aud928

JPY - Sideways consolidation inside our projected range made market featureless. Sit tight with short with 116.10 stop.

Jpy928

GPB/JPY - Our suggestion to chase market if it close above 236.80 is still valid. Stop buy at 236.90, if fill, stop at kumo lower band 231.90. This is a huge stop and not everyone can take such a big stop.

Gbpjpy928

EUR/JPY - Our first target 163.80 was achieved last night. No signs of top. Immediate target 166.60, sit tight with long maintain strict stop at 161.60.

Eurjpy

ForexTV.com Update For Fall 2007

(Tokyo, Japan - September 25, 2007)

Hello ForexTV.com Visitors,

It has been a very busy summer indeed.  We are very pleased to announce the beta launch of ForexTV Japan www.forextv.jp !  This has been quite an undertaking and should provide our visitors with some fresh perspectives (in English) from the Asian time zone.  ForexTV Japan will operate as a "sister" entity yet is independently operated by Japanese Management, led by forex expert Tomio Saitoh, CEO, ForexTV Japan.

I have been traveling extensively throughout Asia this summer in search of more content and data to continue to make the ForexTV/etvMEDIA network of sites a greater benefit to currency traders worldwide.

Another exciting development comes from Hong Kong.  In the days ahead I will formally announce that ForexTV.com has reached an arrangement to be the global distributor (outside of China) of a very powerful charting/market-mapping application for currency and equity markets.  This application is based on over 100 years of Japanese and Chinese mathematical studies and has received world-wide patents.  In over 15 years of being involved in financial services, including 5 years at Bloomberg and five years at Bridge Information Systems, I have never seen a more powerful, effective, and simple application for evaluating the markets.  In addition, there will be a daily commentary and education Blog to help you better understand the new application.  Again, I will be making a formal announcement in the days ahead so please stay tuned for the news. We will be offering this service free to individuals.

Finally, we have contracted to bring you more real-time commentary on the markets and will be releasing a new site design to better organize information by currency and by region.  The new site will be released around the third week in November 2007.

On another front, all of you visitors that have accounts with FXDD (http://fxdd.com/trading-resources/forex-tv.html) and/or North Finance(http://www.northfinance.com/main-page/forex-news-and-analitics) will have noticed the addition of ForexTV video content on the respective sites.  Both firms now carry ForexTV video content, without commercial advertisement as well as additional video content.  ForexTV.com continues to lead the Forex Marketplace in original video news reporting and information technology.  ForexTV is also the uncontested leader in Forex Video Production world-wide.

I wish to thank all of our visitors and all of our customers for your support...you are why we are in business!  Please continue to send us your feedback, good or bad, so that we may continue to improve our service to you.

Regards From Tokyo,

Tim Kelly, Founder & CEO

ForexTV.com Updates

Hello ForexTV.com Supporters,

It has been a while since my last post, and I can tell you that it's because we've been busy with many new developments.  You may already know that we have redesigned the ForexTV.com site to make it lighter, cleaner and easier to navigate.  In addition, we have added a very powerful new economic calendar feature that we began development on in fourth quarter last year.

I am proud to introduce several new Blog contributors...Mr. Glen Demarco of the Analyst Network and Mr. Jason Suttmeier of GMC Reports.  I have personally had a business relationship with these gentlemen and/or their respective companies for over ten years combined.

Many of you are familiar with Jason Suttmeier's Father, Richard Suttmeier, who co-hosts the ForexTV.com weekly Market Opener.  By the way, Richard Suttmeier will be returning soon from his annual southern retreat.  Jason Suttmeier will be providing us with a daily report providing pivot point analysis for majoe currencies and commodities.

Glen Demarco will be providing us with his research and trading strategies from his proprietary Velocity Trading System.  Glen has already posted several articles including his methodologies.

Feel free to write your comments, suggestions and ask questions...they will try to answer.

If you have any comments or suggestions about our new design and/or our content, or if there is something you would like to see on ForexTV.com please let me know.
